A Virginia firefighter and mother of two boys died on Saturday when she "experienced a catastrophic incident" in the course of a swift drinking water rescue coaching, in accordance to officers.
Alicia Monahan, 41, was instructing the course in the North Carolina mountains when she tragically passed away. It wasn't quickly obvious how the accident happened.
