Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey indications regulation banning video clip recording within 8 feet of 'police activity'

Republican Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey signed laws banning citizens from recording movie in just eight ft of "police activity" on Sunday.

The regulation classifies knowingly filming inside 8 ft of officers as a course 3 misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to 30 times in jail, $500 in fines and up to a 12 months in probation, in accordance to Arizona legislation. The legislation says officers must alert everyone filming at least after before they can be charged with a crime.

The laws defines police activity as any time law enforcement officers are conducting an arrest, questioning a suspicious person, issuing a summons, managing an emotionally disturbed or disorderly human being who is exhibiting irregular conduct, or imposing the regulation.

Critics argue the law could permit officers to basically move towards anyone filming them in get to legally halt the recording.
