Charles Barkley ends talks with LIV Golf, keeping with Turner

NBA Hall of Famer and tv analyst Charles Barkley will not be becoming a member of LIV Golfing as a broadcaster immediately after entertaining the concept in excess of the previous few weeks, in accordance to The New York Write-up.

On Thursday, Barkley explained to ESPN that he had still to get a formal provide from LIV Golfing but did have a dialogue with Norman, the CEO of LIV.

"I achieved with Greg and I advised him yes. I'm in a win-win problem," Barkley explained Thursday. "If they present me anything very good, that is wonderful. If they really don't, I've acquired a terrific task at TNT."

The Saudi-backed golf sequence has generated a great offer of controversy thanks to its ties to Saudi Arabia and the number of PGA Tour players who have made the decision to be part of LIV Golfing.

Final week, Barkley pushed backed against the criticism that LIV has received, stating that everybody in professional sports activities has taken funds from a questionable source. 

"I instructed [Norman], listen, they are producing up phrases like ‘blood money’ and ‘sportswashing.’ I reported, ‘We have all taken "blood money," and we all have "sportswashed" something, so I do not like these words, to be truthful with you,'" Barkley said.
