Disney vacation resort alleged rape: Florida man seen on protection digital camera forcing himself on lady by hotel bar: police

A gentleman has been accused of raping a girl outside the house a bar at a Disney World vacation resort on the Fourth of July. 

Eyvor Gomez, 49, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, was arrested Monday and billed with sexual battery, in accordance to the Orange County Sheriff's Business office. 

The victim mentioned that Gomez struck up a conversation with her at the bar at Walt Disney World Dolphin Vacation resort and afterwards advised they go outdoors immediately after very last contact out of the watch of cameras simply because he claimed to have his personal alcohol on him, according to a copy of the arrest affidavit received by FOX 35 Orlando.

As the pair was in a corner by a glass wall and bushes, the victim instructed deputies Gomez commenced to make advances toward her, which she rejected, so Gomez then shoved her towards the glass wall, the affidavit states. She reported she hit her head and blacked out. Protection cameras showed the woman seeking to crawl absent from Gomez.

According to the affidavit, the protection digital camera footage showed Gomez compelled himself on to the woman.

The sufferer is seen on video trying to push Gomez off her, but she was not able to. Gomez then allegedly is found using a photograph of the victim working with his cellphone.

The affidavit claims the two then walked into the resort lobby, the place the target sat with a group of strangers, asking them to fake they realized her so Gomez would leave her on your own. 

Disney safety identified Gomez from an incident from the evening prior to involving him and his wife. 

"There was an argument, and his wife was escorted back to their area," the affidavit states. "Eyvor matched the description and photograph supplied by witnesses. Disney confirmed by means of surveillance movie."

Gomez initially denied that he realized the sufferer, but he later on informed detectives he and the sufferer ended up only kissing and "groping," according to the affidavit. He was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail.
