Lee Zeldin assault suspect arrested on federal assault cost

The suspect in the assault of Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., was arrested Saturday afternoon on a federal assault charge, the U.S. Attorney's Office environment in the Western District of New York declared.

David Jakubonis is scheduled to make his 1st court docket visual appeal just before U.S. Magistrate Decide Marion W. Payson Saturday. Zeldin is jogging for New York governor as a Republican.

Before Jakubonis' launch, Zeldin predicted that the suspect would be launched. Zeldin has promised to fireplace district lawyers that do not enforce the regulation.
