The shopkeeper who gave a bottle of whiskey to an underage driver just before a lethal 2019 crash has been banned from marketing liquor.

Amor Amacio, 60, has been permanently banned from selling alcohol after gifting a bottle of whiskey to Carlo Navarro, 20, on Halloween night in 2019.

Navarro, intoxicated at the rear of the wheel, went on to lead to a lethal incident when he drove up onto the sidewalk. Navarro struck a mom, father, and their 3-yr-aged youngster. All 3 victims died from their accidents.

Amacio, who was earlier billed for stealing around $1 million in food items stamps, was running the liquor retail store below her daughter's name. 

Syntyche Amacio acquired a liquor license for her mom and had tiny to do with the operations of the retailer. Syntyche Amacio was also charged with conspiracy to hinder licensing provisions of the Alcohol Beverage Manage Act.
