The new district lawyer in San Francisco is cleaning house soon after the ouster of her embattled progressive predecessor Chesa Boudin, firing at least 15 staff members from the prosecutor’s office. 

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins, whom Mayor London Breed swore in 8 days prior, issued a assertion Friday indicating she made "hard, but critical adjustments to my management group and employees that will aid advance my eyesight to restore a feeling of safety in San Francisco by holding major and repeat offenders accountable and implementing clever prison justice reforms."
