NYC bodega employee freed just after bail in murder scenario is decreased, but no charges for victim’s girlfriend

When Simon attempted to "steer" Alba out from powering the counter place, the employee "picked up a kitchen knife that was stashed behind the counter and stabbed Mr. Simon in the neck and chest at least five instances," the grievance continued.  

Investigators wrote that Simon’s girlfriend then tried out to pull Alba absent, but he "ongoing to stab" him right before she brandished a knife herself from her purse and stabbed the deli employee in the arm.  

Simon was pronounced useless at a regional healthcare facility fewer than an hour later on.
