NYC female who filed $10M lawsuit against Mafia family members above son's vicious murder dies in Brooklyn motor vehicle crash

A New York Metropolis girl who submitted a $10 million civil lawsuit versus customers of a Mafia arranged crime spouse and children who escaped everyday living sentences in link to her son’s vicious murder decades in the past has reportedly died in a Brooklyn car or truck crash. 

Rose Gargano, 70, of Brooklyn, was driving south on Third Ave. at about 3:42 p.m. on Friday when she missing control of the wheel. 

The 2020 Vary Rover she was operating veered to the still left, hopped a curb and barreled into a stanchion for the elevated highway going through construction close to 52nd Road, in accordance to community news reports, citing the New York Law enforcement Department's Highway Investigation Squad.
