The female teenager reportedly turned herself in to police on Wednesday alongside with a 12-yr-aged female. 

Police allege the more mature teen was viewed on surveillance footage hitting Lambert twice with a site visitors cone and potentially another time off-digicam, Fox29 Philadelphia stories. 

"My consumer is 14 decades of age, I would request that anyone hold judgment," her legal professional, Lonny Fish, instructed the station.
