Royals’ Whit Merrifield apologizes for COVID-19 vaccine reviews

Whit Merrifield, the Kansas City Royals' 2nd baseman and outfielder, apologized Friday for remarks he created just before Kansas City’s journey to Toronto prior to the All-Star crack though conveying his reasoning for not acquiring a COVID-19 vaccine. 

Merrifield was one of 10 Kansas Town gamers unable to make the vacation to Toronto due to staying unvaccinated.

Friday was Merrifield’s 1st time back in front of the home crowd due to the fact the comments, and Merrifield told reporters he was well prepared for any kind of reaction from the Kansas Metropolis faithful.
