South Carolina gentlemen arrested for 'horrific' planned and filmed assaults on homeless: police

Four adult men in South Carolina are experiencing criminal costs, which include attempted murder, immediately after video clips surfaced exhibiting them brutally beating homeless men and women, according to authorities.  

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Place of work, which produced the online video to the general public, states the 4 males fully commited the beatings more than a nine-month time period and found out the video clips of the assaults when investigating a homicide earlier this month. 

"Just absolutely horrific, monstrous functions," Lt. Ryan Flood informed FOX Carolina. "To imagine that other human beings are able and able of doing this to a further human being is certainly sickening."

Deputies say that the attacks happened at a homeless encampment in the San Souci place of Greenville between Oct 2021 and June 2022.

The suspects have been discovered as Seth "Tyler" Norris, Joshua Shawn Norris, David Allen Norris, and Logan Alexander Holmes. 

The victims had been kicked and crushed in the head to the position of losing consciousness and the suspects threatened to shoot the defenseless victims all through the assault, the arrest warrants condition.

Seth Norris has been charged with attempted murder, next-diploma assault & battery by a mob and two counts of prison conspiracy.

Holmes has been charged with tried murder. 

David Norris has been charged with attempted murder and prison conspiracy. 

Joshua Norris has been charged with next-diploma assault & battery by a mob and two counts of criminal conspiracy.

Authorities say they also think a man named Tristan Ramey was included but have not but submitted charges since deputies have been not able to find his sufferer.

Ramey, Seth Norris, and Joshua Norris were also charged with murder stemming from the initial investigation before this month that led to discovery of the video clips.
