Texas authorities have recognized and arrested the operator of seven canines that reportedly mauled a 71-12 months-outdated man to dying when he was going for walks to his community retail outlet earlier this month.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Business office arrested and billed Samuel Cartwright, 47, on Friday in relationship to the loss of life of 71-yr-old Freddy Garcia.
