9-12 months-old Baltimore boy allegedly kills 15-yr-aged lady in capturing, police say

A 9-12 months-aged boy is accused of fatally shooting 15-calendar year-old girl on her family's front porch in Baltimore on Saturday.

Baltimore Law enforcement say the boy was participating in with a loaded handgun and accidentally fired it, placing and killing 1 of the other kids on the porch, according to witnesses. The bullet strike Nykayia Strawder, 15, in the head, and the boy promptly ran.

Police say the firearm was registered to a single of the boy's feminine kin who works as a safety guard, according to CBS.

Maryland legislation does not allow for a 9-yr-previous to be charged with a crime, but law enforcement are reportedly talking about possible rates similar to the shooting with the Baltimore State's Attorney's Business.
