A Georgia State College Campus Police officer was arrested and charged with rape and kidnapping right after a lady described the alleged incident.

Terry Payne, 59, is charged with rape, kidnapping, wrong imprisonment and violation of oath of office environment. He turned himself in at the Gwinnett County Detention Centre after understanding of the rates.

The woman had claimed the assault at a medical center the day following the day.
