Galveston Town Council weighs banning golfing cart rentals right after lethal accident involving suspected drunk driver

A recent incident in which a suspected drunk driver killed 4 people today driving a golf cart in Galveston, Texas, now has officers from the island metropolis thinking about banning rentals of the motor vehicle entirely. 

The victims from Rosenberg, which included two youngsters ages 14 and 4, died last Saturday all-around 11:30 p.m. immediately after Miguel Espinoza, who was drunk, blew via a quit indication in his SUV and crashed into a Dodge pickup truck and the golf cart, Galveston Law enforcement told Fox26 Houston.
