Gen. Mark Milley feared Trump would test to use the armed forces to remain in business immediately after 2020: Report

As the 2020 election neared, Milley reportedly grew more and more worried that Trump could begin a international war and use the armed service to protected authority on the domestic front.

Milley, "envisioned a declaration of martial legislation or a Presidential invocation of the Insurrection Act," in accordance to the New Yorker.
