Jemele Hill discusses ‘conservative culture’ at ESPN, ‘SportsCenter’ encounter

On the newest episode of "Hey Mayne," a podcast hosted by former "SportsCenter" anchor Kenny Mayne, Jemele Hill joined the podcast to discuss her time at ESPN.

Hill, who was an anchor on "SportsCenter" with Michael Smith from February 2017 to January 2018, remaining the company in October 2018.

In 2017, Hill tweeted that previous President Trump was a "white supremacist," prompting ESPN to release a statement stating Hill’s responses did not "signify the posture of ESPN."

Soon following, Hill was suspended by the community for violating its social media pointers for a second time.

Hill advised Mayne that in advance of the Trump tweet, she was previously possessing resourceful difficulties with management.

Hill advised Mayne she selected to leave "SportsCenter" since "the expertise wasn’t pleasurable for me any more."
