A jury in Wisconsin has convicted a man accused of deliberately targeting a motorcyclist in a lethal crash mainly because of the victim's race, in a two-section demo that will inevitably decide the defendant's psychological condition at the time.

Prosecutors say Navarro struck Thiessen’s bike head-on in the city of Taycheedah around Fond du Lac, about 67 miles north of Milwaukee. Authorities explained Navarro did not know Thiessen.
