Kansas Metropolis police shot and killed a gentleman who sped toward an officer in a stolen activity utility vehicle and struck a law enforcement van, authorities said.
The capturing occurred around 9:45 p.m. Sunday immediately after officers noticed the unoccupied SUV in a fuel station parking lot, mentioned Sgt. Monthly bill Lowe, a spokesman for the Missouri Condition Highway Patrol, which is investigating.
