Police in Maryland arrested a male on Friday who they imagine vandalized a church and wrote an offensive concept on its door.

The incident transpired on Aug. 3 when Donald Eugene Hood, Jr., 66, allegedly vandalized Kingdom Celebration Middle in Gambrills, Maryland, at about 9:15 p.m., according to the Anne Arundel County Police Division.

When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, they found an "offensive concept" on the doorway of the church.

Law enforcement reported the suspect was identified by means of surveillance cameras.
