In the video, the New York City resident claimed he observed Samuel Frazier, 28, sucker punch a person "correct in entrance of" him. Malabanan explained he viewed the male carefully, so he could protect himself if the gentleman attacked him.

He then checked on the target, asking him if he was alright. The man said he was not and other folks hurried over to check on them, he claimed.

It was at this time, Malabanan mentioned the individuals instructed them the male had strike several people today and that they ended up preparing to convey him to justice.

The MMA-educated Malabanan then ran just after the alleged assailant, who was "about a block absent," and pinned him to the ground.

Other people today in the region who claimed to have been by Frazier circled about the guys and attempted to strike Frazier as Malabanan restrained him, but Malabanan advised them to end and to cellular phone the police, he stated.

The incident took location in front of a Converse shop on Broadway, per the Instagram video clip.
