Previous Colorado social worker faces mounting accusations she 'baselessly' separated little ones from dad and mom

Niceta was arrested in Could and charged criminally for allegedly falsely reporting baby intercourse abuse allegations. The civil lawsuit on Wednesday now adds to her lawful woes.
