Colorado guy arrested just after sideswiping a practice with a stolen truck

After a temporary standoff, police have taken into custody a man who sideswiped a freight practice with a truck documented stolen previously Thursday in rural northern Colorado.

Aerial footage broadcast by a news station helicopter confirmed Weld County sheriff's deputies and area police using the guy into custody along with a rail line in close proximity to the town of Nunn, about 65 miles north of Denver, soon in advance of 12 p.m.

The male, whose identification wasn't immediately introduced, refused to depart the truck just after the collision, which was reported soon right after 9:30 a.m. That prompted a standoff with officers bearing firearms and shields, explained Joe Moylan, a spokesman with the Weld County Sheriff's Business office.
