Emmanuel Sanders announces retirement from NFL after 12 seasons

Broad receiver Emmanuel Sanders is hanging up his cleats for good, asserting his retirement from the NFL after 12 seasons. 

Sanders on Wednesday posted the announcement to his Instagram website page, stating he’s experienced "just one hell of a trip."

"Three Tremendous Bowl appearances, several Pro Bowls and a Tremendous Bowl champion. I gave the recreation anything I had and it taken care of me very well which is why I am content with my choice," Sanders' caption browse.
