New professional-Oz campaign advert targets Fetterman for pulling gun on Black jogger

A new 30-2nd television advert released by a political committee supporting Republican Pennsylvania Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz blasts his Democrat opponent, John Fetterman, more than a 2013 incident when he pulled a gun on a Black jogger he mistakenly suspected of a criminal offense. 

The ad, titled "Chase," was released by American Leadership Action and states Fetterman, then mayor of Braddock, "chased down an innocent, unarmed Black person." The advertisement then jumps to an job interview with the jogger, Cristopher Miyares, in which he describes Fetterman pulling a gun and aiming it at his chest. 

"I indicate, there is a mayor with a shotgun and 6 other cops surrounding me. What else could I do but this?" the jogger states in the advertisement as he puts his arms up in surrender.  

Fetterman then claims in an interview he thinks he did "the right issue" even though stating he likely broke the law in carrying out so.

The advert closes by contacting Fetterman "reckless, risky" and "mistaken for Pennsylvania." 

"We know John Fetterman hates to answer challenging inquiries and refuses to discussion.
