PGA Tour extends LIV Golf ban declaring 'membership can't and will not be renewed'

The PGA Tour is extending its ban of LIV Golfers as it launched a memo telling those people that still left to be a part of the Saudi-backed team that membership "are not able to and will not be renewed."
