California girl lacking for two months uncovered useless at car or truck crash web site

The overall body of a California lady lacking for two months was observed Monday inside a crashed car at the bottom of a cliff, authorities claimed. 

Jolissa Fuentes, 22, was past witnessed on Aug. 7 driving by yourself. Several hours previously, she attended a family members gathering and went to her grandmother's dwelling to get some own objects before heading to a gasoline station in the early morning several hours. 

Selma Police Main Rudy Alcaraz individually uncovered the crash web site where Fuentes was found on his own, Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims claimed for the duration of a Tuesday news conference. 

"I just got lucky," Alcaraz mentioned.

Alcaraz theorized that Fuentes was worn out and potentially fell asleep whilst driving when she crashed. Investigators consider Fuentes was concerned in a one-auto incident.

The California Freeway Patrol is investigating the crash. When the motor vehicle was found, authorities applied a rope to rappel 250 ft and then to an additional cliff beyond that to get to the car, he mentioned. 

The location has been previously searched by authorities, but rescue crews documented obtaining trouble relocating through dense foliage and seriously wooded mountains.

Joey Fuentes, Jolissa’s father, thanked the community and law enforcement for keeping up the research for his daughter. 

He said Alcaraz promised to come across Fuentes early in the investigation.
