Florida K-9 captures alleged kidnapper hiding underneath pile of laundry, garbage

A Florida K-9 captured a male desired for kidnapping out of Massachusetts following sniffing out the suspect from underneath a pile of clothes and rubbish, authorities claimed.

K-9 Gator, with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, found David Hallaman, 31, hiding from deputies inside of a laundry home, Sheriff Wayne Ivey stated Friday.

"This is Brevard County, and we really don't engage in," Ivey reported in a video clip posted to the agency’s social media. "We will send out a doggy in to choose a chunk out of crime."

Ivey claimed that Cpl. Lance Behringer unleashed K-9 Gator into the room and confirmed Hallaman "what occurs when you engage in cover and search for" with the sheriff’s business office.

"Gator really don't enjoy that and made a decision that a single of Hallaman’s triceps would probably style a little little bit like hen," Ivey claimed.

David Hallaman, 31, of Mims, Florida, was arrested in Brevard County right after a K-9 found him hiding underneath a pile of laundry and garbage, authorities reported. (Brevard County Sheriff's Workplace)

K-9 Gator little bit Hallaman on the triceps portion of an arm, causing the suspect to cry and promptly give up, in accordance to the sheriff.

Hallaman was addressed at a medical center, the place he acquired stitches for his injuries.

Hallaman faces fees of untrue imprisonment, kidnapping, felony mischief, battery and felony battery by strangulation.

He is being held at the Brevard County Jail without bond as he awaits extradition.
