The teen was arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence.

He was taken to the Juvenile Evaluation Centre in Orlando.

No other arrests were being made at that time, two 14-year-olds will be billed for their participation. Fees submitted to the State Attorney's Business office for those two boys are battery on a Legislation Enforcement Officer and resisting arrest without having violence.

St. Cloud police Main Goerke unveiled a statement Saturday stating the incident was "very disturbing."

"To be clear, the incident Officer Ball was dealing with did not include the college student that was arrested. Officer Ball was there to protect against two other pupils from harming each other," he wrote. "What transpired to Officer Ball was despicable and really should under no circumstances have occurred. We will hardly ever tolerate habits that targets our officers and will hold individuals accountable at the greatest amounts."
