A Ga guy is struggling with a felony demand right after he won $700 from a lottery ticket that he is accused of stealing.

Joe Cypranowski is staying billed with tampering with the lottery, a felony, and shoplifting following the Coweta County Sheriff's Business said that he took a stack of lottery scratch-off tickets off the counter at a gas station, according to FOX 5. The scratch-off tickets are really worth $1,200, according to the sheriff's business office.

Cypranowski took the lottery tickets when he was at a fuel station in Newnan, Ga, on Sept. 8, according to officers. A gasoline station clerk was in the method of updating the lottery exhibit when the incident occurred. 

Online video surveillance captured Cypranowski walking out of the gasoline station with the lottery tickets, according to the sheriff's business office.
