The Satanic Temple is suing Indiana and Idaho in federal courtroom around the states' abortion rules, arguing that bans on the follow violate their members' spiritual legal rights.

The Satanic Temple – which is centered in Salem, Massachusetts, but statements a lot more than 1.5 million members around the world – wrote that its 11,300 users in Indiana are "unable to engage in the Satanic Abortion Ritual owing to the criminalization of abortions" in the state, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by FOX59.

The group exclusively cited its third tenant, which states that "one’s entire body is inviolable, subject to one’s very own will alone," as well as its fifth tenant, which states that "beliefs need to conform to one’s greatest scientific knowing of the world."
The Satanic Temple filed its lawsuit in Indiana final Monday, then submitted a similar lawsuit in Idaho on Friday.
