The ideal Computer gaming controller now arrives in tailor made colours

The typical Xbox controller is also, very well, the regular for Laptop video games that are not wonderful for a mouse and keyboard. And Microsoft’s Elite sequence is an unbelievable up grade: a Lambo to the typical controller’s Corvette, if you will. Whilst focused gamers have experienced accessibility to custom made coloration combos by way of the Xbox Structure Lab for quite a few a long time, Microsoft just extra the Elite Sequence 2 to its on the internet customization resource. You can purchase your individual style and design, like my Iron Guy-impressed incredibly hot rod purple edition, proper now.

The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 adds top quality components and tailor made choices to the standard Xbox controller design and style: tension-adjustable thumbsticks, rubberized grips, and uncomplicated switching in between 3 layouts on the fly. With the upgraded package you get a wireless charging base, rear insert-on paddle buttons, three swappable thumbsticks, a swappable outdated-university D-Pad that can exchange the foundation “grid” edition, and a carrying case for all of it.

The Structure Lab lets you opt for from a extensive wide range of hues for the controller’s key front and rear body, shoulder buttons, thumbstick prime, base, and border rings, the D-pad, experience buttons, and rear paddles (if you increase them), as well as an optional small engraving. Regretably the textured grips appear only in black, which boundaries the artistic choices a bit. Prices start off at $149.99 for the foundation design, and go up to $220 for the entire package plus engraving.

I have utilized Microsoft’s Xbox Elite 2 myself for a few of a long time, and I find myself lacking it any time I go back to a common controller, even although I don’t truly want the additional paddle buttons. If you’re on the lookout for a unique reward for a gamer who tends to obtain everything for by themselves in any case, I very recommend it.
