Virginia person billed with consistently raping underage spouse and children member: police

Law enforcement in Prince William County, Virginia explained a gentleman has been billed with raping an underage household member numerous periods.

Kevin Dean Rice, 50, of Bristow, turned himself into police on Wednesday after Special Victims Bureau detectives and Boy or girl Protective Companies declared a sexual assault investigation times before, FOX 5 reported.

The alleged assaults took area in the Bristow spot in between December 2012 and October 2019, and law enforcement determined Rice as a suspect in the assaults. Bristow is situated about 40 miles from Washington, D.C.
